关于铜片腐蚀试验核心部件：标准比色板卡的重要说明

  铜片腐蚀中的核心部件：标准比色板卡，又称为比色板，标准色板。目前市面上比较流行的主要有三种：
①原装美国的标准比色办卡：例如上海羽通仪器仪表厂只经销和配套这一种标准色板，必须配备有原版的说明书，色板颜色纯正，标志清晰，说明书首页左上角有ASTM的标记，后缀有D130-10字样，这些都是原装系列标志，缺一不可，请选购时务必注意！
②水货色板：一般为美国制造的残次品，因为不受法律保护，加上本身很多残次品无法通过正规渠道出口到中国，但价格便宜，所以水货在国内有一定的市场需求。
③假冒品：目前笔者见到的有若干种，如果有原装色板，两相一比对都能发现问题，但很多客户不具备这样的条件，基本鉴别要点是：是否有原版英文说明书，说明书上的标志是否准确，颜色是否均匀亮丽，做工，以及字体是否规范等，是否标配蓝色塑料套。

简要英文说明：
   The ASTM Copper Corrosive Standards are intended to be accurate reproductions of the colors of the Master Standards. A certain amount of minor damage to the lithographed plaques is unavoidable during the printing and assembling operations; for this reason, the user is instructed to ignore minor surface imperfections such as scratches and blemishes.Properly prepared test strips must be free of imperfections.
Srip No. 2c is differentiated from Strip No. 3b on the basis
that Strip No.2c contains no green coloration.
